He led a division of 1200 employees and built an amazing culture with kindness at its heart.  

He partners with his wife, a golf pro, to organize a leadership workshop on the golf course. Corporate teams see how their unique dynamics play out in a fun, but competitive setting. It’s a great way for people to understand their group psychology, enjoy each other, and build healthier team dynamics.
