Cathryn LeCorre, Leadership Coach | Integrating our Different Personas to Avoid Getting Stuck

Cathryn Lecorre is a leadership coach who helps individuals find the very core of who they are so that they build better organizations and create social change. Cathryn is the co-founder of White Raven Collective and of Elevate Leadership Alliance. 

Cathryn was born in Liberia, brought up in Canada, and now she lives on First Nations Land. Through her life and coaching experiences, she has learned that in each space, there are different rules, mindsets, behaviors, and values. But, by diving into the core of who we really are, that is how we find common language and build a better world. That’s the basis of her social change coaching. 

Cathryn believes that COVID has caused a huge transformation in personal identity. She believes that working from home has led to the integration of our work-personas and home-personas. When we have different value/belief systems competing against each other, it is easy to get stuck. By integrating the personas, we can heal, grow, and elevate consciousness.
