Colin Cox, Cox Consulting | The power of humble curiosity

Colin Cox has always followed his heart in his career. Leaving high school at 15 to enter the videogame industry, he worked his way up to leadership roles. He discovered he cared more about people than video games. He loves enabling them to access their own wisdom. He advocates a humble kind of leadership in which the leader acts as a coach, and so doesn’t need to have all the answers to the team’s challenges. The leader asks the right questions. I think he brings the same courage that enabled him to drop out of high school at 15 to his work with C-Suite leaders - and it inspires them to be more courageous leaders.
