Neal Gorenflo, Shareable | He had a great corporate job but one day, he broke down in tears and changed his life…and the lives of many to come

Neal Gorenflo, Founder of Shareable, appeared to be successful. His fancy strategy job with a big multinational gave him the trappings of success. But he didn’t feel successful. The worst part: He felt disconnected from other people, and the work he was meant to do. That feeling of disconnection was the perfect clue as to what to do next.

He created Shareable, a non-profit dedicated to helping people share and connect. There’s an opportunity to think about the sharing economy not just as a place for businesses to emerge; it’s also an opportunity for non-profits and governments to share information and solutions to big problems. Seoul, South Korea, has done a tremendous job addressing COVID. Shareable acts as a conduit between Seoul and other cities and decision makers, facilitating dialogue and sharing the best solutions. Bringing together great people and big ideas, Shareable aspires to empower everyone to share great ideas and change the way we tackle global problems.
