Joe also pointed out that 96% of creator CEOs are doing less than a million dollars in annual sales. A lot of people are struggling because of personal development. “I believe it has to do with awareness. I love growing a business but what I love more is growing myself.”

When he’s not working, Joe loves running, rapping and doing stand-up comedy. But more than anything, he makes sure he spends time with his kids. “My kids are everything to me.”
