Jenn LeBlanc is CEO of Think Results Marketing and Author of Changing Tides: Powerful Strategies for Female Founders. She brings a background in hard science to business and has achieved exceptional results for her marketing clients and female founders. 

Most marketers have a giant conflict of interest: They typically specialize in one or a few forms of marketing because that’s what they know. Jenn’s different. She starts by diving deep into the data about what has worked in an industry and what hasn’t. She wants to remove as much guesswork as possible for her clients because entrepreneurship is risky enough!

She brings the same evidence-based approach to her community of female founders. She has systematically studied the role of unconscious bias in shaping male investor responses to female founder pitches. The evidence shows that male investors tend to ask women founders - more than male founders - negative questions that presume failure. Jenn’s tested a bunch of different strategies for overcoming that bias and found that carefully framed positive questions can give female founders a huge leg up in start-up fundraising.
